Medical Software: Business and Onboarding Consultant

An exciting opportunity with a Healthcare IT Company in Umhlanga for an Outbound Business Consultant.​

 

​The successful candidate, who will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for practices, will also be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with, and serving as the trusted advisor to, an allocated base.

​​

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Take full ownership of an assigned client base;

• Guide practices through the adoption of the Company’s products, services and processes;

• Onboard and train practices on IT products and services;

• Analyse client data to optimise product usage and proactively address challenges;

• Identify Practices’ needs, provide tailored solutions & up-sell when opportune;

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a mutually beneficial customer journey;

• Manage customer retention and growth;

• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions.

Requirements to fill the Position:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric);

• Relevant Tertiary qualification;

• Drivers Licence with own reliable motor vehicle

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint or Google Workspace

• 5+ years experience in a Healthcare IT service role;

• 3+ years experience with PMAs, Medical coding & billing;

• 2+ years training Practices on software products

• 2+ years upselling Medical IT products and services

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills;

• Upselling and negotiation skills;

• Analysis, Problem solving and Administration skills;

• Ability to drive effective change management with clients;

• Commitment to delivering a quality service

• Effective Time Management and Organisational skills;

• Self-motivated andd self-directed;

• Strong team player;

• Patience and flexibility.

• Desire for continuous learning and growth.
