
IT Support Consultant
An exciting opportunity exists for a Support Consultant, with a Healthcare IT Company in Johannesburg.
The successful Candidate will be reponsible to provide superior first-point-of-contact resolution of incoming queries, to ensure business continuity and consistent client experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Deal with incoming queries from clients and prospective clients in line with the Company's defined client experience, service targets and service guiding principles
● Log queries and activities to resolve same completely and accurately on the Company's CRM system
● Escalate queries that cannot be resolved within the defined time-period to the Client Support Specialists
● Identify interventions that would make the Company's value proposition more real to clients, and initiate the required actions to achieve this
● Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
● National Senior Certificate (Matric)
● +/- 1-2 years inbound call centre experience
● Healthcare Claims and Clinical Record Keeping knowledge and experience
Knnowledge and Skills:
● Continuous learning to attain flawless knowledge of the Company's products and services within the required time-frames
● Attention to detail
● Mindfulness
● Ability to deal positively with upset clients
● Typing-proficiency of a level that allows the real-time capturing of query- resolution activities\
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to multitask
● Proficiency in English, and at least one other official language, preferably more
