Inbound Business Consultant: Healthcare

An exciting opportunity with a Healthcare IT company in Johannesburg for an Inbound Business Consultant.

Play a crucial role in the delivery of an exceptional digital on-boarding experience of software solutions to Practices in the Private Healthcare sector. At the same time use your relationship building skills to take full ownership for the retention of and, in collaboration with the Sales Team, for the growth of revenue from, existing practices.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage & take ownership for the retention of an allocated client base;

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to grow the region & its profitability;

• Develop strong relationships with healthcare practices digitally;

• Unlock the company’s value proposition and gain insights;

• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to on-board new clients;

• Upsell ‘value added services’ & ‘new product features’ to existing clients;

• Train existing clients on new products and processes digitally;

• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM;

• Ensure that clients continually recive an excellent Customer Experience.

   Requirements to fill the Position:

• Matric together with a Tertiary qualification is preferred;

• 2+ years customer services experience in the Healthcare or IT sector;

• 1+ years training clients on software products & solutions;

• 1+ year upselling IT products & services to existing clients;

• Excellent Communication & relationship builing skills

• Attention to detail, analysis & problem-solving;

• Negotiation & up-selling skills;

• Self-motivation, collaboratory & Team Player skills;

•  Communication & relationship building skills at all levels;

• A sound understanding of the SA Healthcare sector is advantageous.

Salary from R25 000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
